Do I Wanna Know? A Brand New Music Video from Arctic Monkeys

After they performed Do I Wanna Know? for the first time at Ventura Theater, California (22/5) Arctic Monkeys finally released the studio version of the song alongside with the music video yesterday (19/6). We can see from this video that the monkeys really want to show their American side since they have moved to Los Angeles this year. The video was directed by David Wilson (who also did Tame Impala’s ‘Mind Mischief’) and a large team of animators. Wilson said that “Alex Turner created the oscilloscope design & provided images of muscle cars & girls as stimulus. I wrote a script around it”. 

The band also performed another song ‘Mad Sounds’ from their upcoming fifth album which probably will be released on September this year. From the two songs that they’ve revealed , we can say that their new album will be like a mix between Humbug, Suck It And See, and Submarine.
