Valentine’s with The Horrors

After their performance in Singapore for Laneway Festival and with the help of Untitled Asia and Soundshine Events, last Tuesday at Dago Tea House, Bandung (14/02) Indonesian fans can also enjoyed Faris Badwan, Josh Hayward, Rhys Webb, Tom Cowan and Joe Spurgeon act on their Valentine’s day .

After an hour of waiting, around 8.30pm The Horrors showed up and warmed the crowd with Endless Blue, continued with I Can See Through You. The venue started to get more heated after the band played Who Can Say, which was their single from Primary Colors their album which nominated on 2009 Mercury Prize. The band also played more of their hits songs such as Mirror’s Image, Scarlet Fields and Sea Within A Sea.

Unfortunately the sound system wasn’t good enough to balanced their awesome energetic stage act, riff technique, noise sound by Faris, Josh, Rhys and calmed act from Tom. After playing Still Life, their single from Skying album, they went backstage and back with Changing The Rain and Three Decades. For encore as Faris jumped to the crowed and continued with Moving Further Away, the show ended with a big smile on the crowd’s face.
